A beautiful atmospheric oil painting by well-collected Swedish artist Reuben Hedin (1905-1985).
Hedin is represented in Växjö Museum, Kalmar Museum of Art, the Vetlanda Museum and the Småland art archive in Sweden. 
This piece is typical of his work with its harmonious interplay of light and shadow in a soft muted colour palette.
