Grovens studied at Otto Sköld's painting school from 1949. He worked mainly with oil paints and his work displays a strong cubist and abstract influence.
Painting is unframed and measures 40.5cm x 51cm.
Some discolouration around edges of canvas, commensurate with age and previous framing.
